Today ESkills for Jobs 2015 and Debating Europe launched the debate “How can we create an “economic renaissance” for Europe’s businesses?”. The challenging questions we ask are: Can Europe cope with the pace of change? How can we create an “economic renaissance” for Europe’s businesses?

It is no doubt that gaining digital skills will make Europeans more successful and will equip them well to face and create a better future. Yet it looks like Europe still lags behind other countries in terms of digital innovation and ICT skills. Digital skills are recognized as pathway to productivity and prosperity in global context.
