Mixing creativity with IT

HP Learning Initiative for Entrepreneurs (HP LIFE) is a global program that trains students, entrepreneurs, and small business owners to apply IT and business skills, so they can establish a successful business.

By providing aspiring entrepreneurs with essential digital skills, HP LIFE is changing the life of many young people across the globe.

One such example is Aissatel from France. Aissatel is an entrepreneur who runs several businesses – a graphic & web design company, and also a jewelry business. Before her HP Life training, Aissatel had no skills or experience in running a small business. Searching for a solution, she found ADIE (a microfinance credit association in France), which works with HP LIFE to help people become successful entrepreneurs and social innovators. With the development of her digital skills, Aissatel became more confident in her capabilities to run business. As Aissatel explains: “Because of HP I know my own company and I know how to manage it. How to behave in a professional way and how to make a dream come true and how to make a dream become an enterprise”.
